A Walkers Tale

These pages will be mostly used to describe British walks, but I do sometimes venture abroad and will also add interesting walks further afield to this site. This day was more a wander than a walk, but hopefully an interesting write up nevertheless. On the prior day I had headed down to Switzerland to visit Rochers de Naye and Lake Geneva - and today I was heading up from Switzerland, stopping over in Colmar, before heading on to Strasbourg where I would stay for the night.

These pages will be mostly used to describe British walks, but I do sometimes venture abroad and will also add interesting walks further afield to this site.  This was the second of three days on the continent, having walked the Seine through Paris on the previous day, and planning to walk Strasbourg on the following day.

Today's walk is slightly different, because today I've over in France - and whilst this is only a fairly short walk, it is quite a special one, as today I'll be walking along the River Seine through Paris. The first task of the day has been to get down to London, and then across to Paris on the Eurostar - and from here I navigate my way across Paris on the Metro to Javal-Andre Citroen station.
